Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Guernsey office in a support function for a professional and busy global company.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Undertaking audio and copy typing of correspondence, emails, complex documents etc. and assisting with the preparation and sending out of invoices
  • Organising Business Development meetings, preparing full itineraries and submission of expense claims
  • Maintaining electronic / paper based filing system, diaries and task lists
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, taking and relaying accurate messages where necessary

Our client is open to considering those with more general admin / junior experience, whom can demonstrate suitable skills and a foundation to pursue a career in a legal secretarial environment or individuals who have more direct related experience in the legal or professional services environment.

In both instances, they are looking for those with strong organisation and communication skills, showing good attention to detail and with a good proficiency level in using new technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in different areas of the organisation and in continuing to develop your knowledge and skillset.
