Description

Firstcall is working with a highly rated local Trust and Fund service provider in their recruitment efforts to bring a Senior Office Administrator to their Guernsey office.

This role which will be split between working in reception and providing support to the services team will see you reporting to the Office Manager. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Undertaking reception, switchboard and front of house duties
  • Assisting with ensuring that premises, furniture and equipment are in sound working order and that security procedures are in place
  • Liaising with outsourcing specialists as needed, ensuring computer set ups are done in an efficient manner and that health and safety procedures are followed
  • Providing support and cover in filing room and for scanning and profiling couriered post

You'll be someone with a strong academic background, an effective communicator across all levels and an ability to prioritise different tasks and work with a minimum level of supervision
