Description

Our leading corporate services client is currently seeking to recruit a committed administrator to their client relationship team in Guernsey.

This main function of this position will be to provide areas of focus from administering fund structures, daily client and external party liaison to maintaining accurate records where in return you will receive full support on employee development to grow within the role.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Liaison with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis
  • Provide assistance with company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes
  • Assisting with accounts distribution, investor calls and distributions
  • Preparation of manual and electronic payment instructions and assistance where required

This position requires a keen individual with strong technical financial services knowledge and who is studying toward a relevant professional qualification.
