Description

We have a great opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their career at a commercial business that is a market leader within their industry.

Your role of Procurement Administrator will see you assisting the procurement team in daily administrative tasks as well as liaising with internal departments and outside suppliers to ensure high standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include:

  • Determining order requirements and managing stock orders
  • Maintaining a good professional relationship with suppliers on orders and communicating with internal teams to ensure all stock related issues are properly handled
  • Regular reconciling of internal stock reports and supplier documentation
  • Ensuring accurate input of stock values and other information on in-house ERP system and performing any other general administrative duties that may be required

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Outlook & Excel and will have good numeracy/communication skills.
