Our client is looking to bring on-board an experienced trust & company administrator to assist in supporting the team / manager with client services and providing guidance to junior members of the team.
You'll be joining a small but bustling team where you'll be responsible for a small portfolio of trusts and companies together with QNUPS and other Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities & Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and other internal departments & assisting with new business enquiries
- Drafting minutes & resolutions and attending client meetings
- Understanding and checking investments made & preparing asset statements
- Maintaining accounting records, reviewing monetary movements/bank statements
