An award winning Fiduciary Services company who pride themselves on providing comprehensive range of high quality services are now actively looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Client Services team.

Our client is looking for candidates who have direct experience or experience within trust and are looking to specialise within this area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviews of bookkeeping and other financial statements to ensure that they reflect accurately
  • Attend client/intermidiary meetings (including travel on occasion), preparation of agenda, taking minutes and follow up on transaction points raised
  • Ensure all payment and receipts have been processed and updated
  • Training of junior staff members as and when required

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with good IT skills who are passionate about providing a quality service. An understanding of external regulations and legislation, and tax legislation is key in this position
