An award winning Fiduciary Services company who pride themselves on providing comprehensive range of high quality services are now actively looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Client Services team.
Our client is looking for candidates who have direct experience or experience within trust and are looking to specialise within this area.
- Reviews of bookkeeping and other financial statements to ensure that they reflect accurately
- Attend client/intermidiary meetings (including travel on occasion), preparation of agenda, taking minutes and follow up on transaction points raised
- Ensure all payment and receipts have been processed and updated
- Training of junior staff members as and when required
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with good IT skills who are passionate about providing a quality service. An understanding of external regulations and legislation, and tax legislation is key in this position
