Department: Private Client Fiduciary Services
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years relevant trust & company experience dealing with Private Trusts. Applicants holding or studying towards a relevant professional qualification will have an advantage.
Job Role: This Jersey based organisation are seeking an experienced Trust professional is required to maintain and deliver the administration of a portfolio of client cases, maintaining relationships as required to provide an over all quality service. Some duties that will be required to be undertaken are reviewing account ledgers and preparing the pre-accounts information packs, ensure the investment review process is undertaken in a timely fashion, prepare annual reviews as required and prepare minutes and resolutions. Mentoring new staff on systems and procedures will be another responsibility as will attending Board meetings.
