As a result, Firstcall has no control over user content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.  Firstcall Recruitment makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or other user content on firstcall.gg.

Sharing of Information with our Subsidiaries and Affiliates

This website is owned by Firstcall Recruitment Ltd., with its head office in Guernsey.  Firstcall Recruitment Services has offices in Guernsey, London  and Barbados.  The Barbados office operates under the name First Executive Recruitment Services (Barbados) Ltd.

Firstcall Recruitment Specialists has an affiliated Construction Recruitment division.  Firstcall Recruitment Ltd. is also affiliated with the Quertier Group Inc., a real estate company with its head office in Barbados.

Users of this site are advised that candidate details, job information and any interaction with firstcall.gg may be shared with our subsidiary and/or affiliated companies.  

General

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.  The failure or delay of the Firstcall Recruitment to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Firstcall Recruitment’s right to enforce that right.

This web site was created in Guernsey. Any interpretation of its content, claims or disputes (of whatever nature and not limited to contractual issues) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey Courts and governed by and interpreted in accordance with Guernsey law.
