Firstcall Recruitment Limited is an independent family run business firmly established in Guernsey since 1994. At Firstcall our focus is in the main the financial services sector specialising in the areas of Trust Management, Fund Management, Accounting, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Captive Insurance, Regulatory & Compliance, Legal Sector as well as Commercial sector business to include ICT & Marketing Agencies. We have an array of clients'' in both offshore & onshore locations to include Guernsey, Jersey, London, Caribbean & the Middle East.

Our Directors Tina Magloire & Silvi Magloire are Fellow members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and have combined 40 + years'' experience in the recruitment industry. Firstcall have an additional family member as part of the business, Marcel Magloire who joined the company in March 2009 has obtained The Certificate in Recruitment Practice and is continuing to pursue a career in Recruitment where he too can service both Client hirers and Job Seekers alike.
