This job role for Senior Fund Administrator is actively being recruited for with this local financial services group as part of their fund management business. The role would be working within an established team with funds covered relating to private equity & infrastructure.

The business set up means the role holder will be working closely with other internal staff to include Accountants & Directors.

Department: Business Services - Compliance

Qualifications: At least 5 years' experience in a compliance role in a legal or fiduciary services environment. A proven academic background ideally with a professional fiduciary or similar qualification to Diploma level.

Job description: Do you possess constructive negotiating skills with an analytical approach? A well renowned company and valued client are seeking somebody to fulfil the position of Senior Compliance Officer on a full-time basis. The appointee will support the Compliance Manager in all aspects of the compliance function within the business. Duties will include: providing guidance and ongoing training for the team, attending board meetings, overseeing KYC and CDD, carrying out AML risk analysis, reviewing relevant new laws, drafting and updating policies and procedures, overseeing the maintenance of compliance registers, reporting and preparing and presenting a summary of proposed business transactions.
