Qualifications: At least 5 years' corporate secretarial experience preferably in funds or trust.

Job description: Do you enjoy a busy role in a fast paced environment? Our client an international provider of financial services is seeking a highly professional individual. The successful candidate will provide a highly efficient secretarial service and be involved largely in client contact. Duties will include: arranging and attending client board and shareholder meetings, preparing board packs, liaising with directors, promoters, investment advisors and shareholders to arrange meetings, making statutory filings and notifications, maintaining and updating the Acufund system, maintaining statutory records and client entities.

This role would ideally suit someone with full working knowledge of company law in Guernsey and an understanding of corporate governance principles.

Job description: This excellent opportunity exists with a global legal firm. Our highly valued client is seeking to appoint an excellent communicator with strong numerical competency. The appointee will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Duties will include: preparing draft minutes and resolutions, preparing and submitting statutory returns, liaising with clients and third party advisors, maintaining the statutory database / register, maintaining bank accounts and safe custody records, assisting in the establishment of trust and companies, assisting with the completion of financial transactions, client invoicing, maintaining professional relationships and reporting chargeable time.
