Qualifications: Minute taking.  Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher), confidence with technology, a calm, efficient manner and the ability to produce clear, accurate and timely correspondence.  A polite and professional telephone manner is also required.

Job Role: The Personal Assistant will undertake correspondence, manage diaries, assist in email and telephone administration and collate information and produce reports for the Managing Director of the Fund department.  The role will include travel organization, arranging meetings and functions on behalf of the Managing Director and preparing paperwork such as board papers and taking minutes.  Other duties will include reconciling the MD's credit card statements and reimbursing, collating brochures and assisting in the maintenance of Fund policies and procedures.

• Communications; Marketing Plans, Strategies,Promotional initiatives, Liaison with internal staff to include Digital Marketing teams & UK based Marketing Consultants
• Customer Recruitment; aid the Digital Marketing team in relation to the optimisation of the website & email schedules, ensuring full awareness of promotions ensuring consistency across the Channel Islands, Carry out research, implementation & testing of innovative creative routes
• New Product Development; Research & develop strategies, Identify market needs & potential of new products, Analyse & monitor sales, Continued innovative ideas on pricing / improvements wherever possible within brand strategies
• Customer Service Queries; provide product related answers to queries from customers
