Job description: This Guernsey based organisation with offices in other locations is actively seeking to hire a new member of staff to join their team as a 'New Business Officer'. The position requires a person who is extremely client focused as you will be a first point of contact in the take-on of new business. Ideally you should have a working knowledge of the fund industry, company secretarial and regulatory issues. In essence someone with good all-round experience willing to look at this opportunity with a view of developing and honing yourself as an expert in the field of Private Equity Business. Training will be provided by the company to ensure you meet their expectations as well as your own, hence it is most important that you intend to dedicate yourself to this particular position in the first instance should you wish to consider forwarding your resume.

REF: 3092  Credit Control Assistant, Guernsey

Reporting to: Client Accounting Director & Credit Controller

Experience: High standard of Excel knowledge, knowledge of a double entry bookkeeping system & solid administrative skills.

Job Role: A fantastic job opportunity for a Credit Control Assistant working for an established Insurance business in Guernsey. The role holder will be involved in assisting with the processing of cash & commission payments, assisting with credit control along with working on various products, accounts and reconcilliations.

There will be close working relations with the London based office and also support to the businesses Miami office, this will include travel to both destinations on an annual basis so those wishing to consider must be happy to travel as required.

This role would suit those with experience in a Credit Control / Cash Management environment, those who work within a similar insurance capacity would have direct related experience would be of definite interest although this is not a prerequisite.

Any Spanish language skills are an added bonus.
